How to use
Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, straight after towel drying and at least every two hours.

Shake the bottle, pour a little into your palm and press it over legs and arms in sections – you get a much more even layer than spraying or splashing it on.
