We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how to return a product and get a refund.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at in**@************ts.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.

Conditions

  • For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products can be returned only if they are unopened, unused and with their original seal and packaging intact. Products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Gift cards, samples and products that were received as gifts with an order are not refundable.
  • Items in a bundle are returned as a bundle.

How to return

  1. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. Return the products to Beauty Skin Dots, Gialousas 42D, Limassol 3071, Cyprus, or drop them off at our salon.
  3. Unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning the products is paid by you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned products, we will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost of your original order within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, the extra cost is not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the product or refund you in full, including any return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
