These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on beautyskindots.com (the “Website”), operated by Salon de la Beaucharme, trading as Beauty Skin Dots, Gialousas 42D, Limassol 3071, Cyprus (email: in**@************ts.com, tel: +357 99 458557). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products

All products sold on the Website are original products supplied through the official distributors of each brand. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Product information and ingredient lists are provided by the manufacturers. Before using any product, please read the label and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. For personalised advice you can book a skin consultation with our team.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. We accept payment by debit/credit card through Stripe, a secure PCI-DSS certified payment provider, and by cash on delivery where available. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our Website.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product was ordered at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Orders

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming receipt. The contract is concluded when your order is confirmed and dispatched. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for it.

4. Delivery

  • Cyprus: home delivery €5. Free delivery for orders over €60. Free pick-up from our salon in Limassol, or pick-up from an ACS store (€3).
  • Greece: home delivery €10. Free delivery for orders over €60.

We currently deliver only to Cyprus and Greece. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location; you will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. Please check your parcel on delivery and let us know within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Details, exceptions (for example opened cosmetic products) and the return process are described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Loyalty points and offers

Loyalty points and discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be subject to specific conditions shown at the time of the offer. Points earned on an order that is returned or cancelled will be removed.

7. Skin consultations

Online skin consultations and recommendations are cosmetic advice and do not replace medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment, please consult your doctor before starting a new skincare routine.

8. Liability

We are not liable for reactions caused by use of a product contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Complaints and applicable law
